About Our Founder
Stevie Truty
Born and Raised in Colorado Springs
Stevie Truty was born and raised in Colorado Springs. As a wife and mother, she often felt overwhelmed and alone, lacking the supportive village and friendships she yearned for.
Military Life and Isolation
This sense of isolation was exacerbated by the challenges of military life, as she and her spouse moved away due to his military service.
Creating a Community
Before returning to Colorado Springs, Stevie decided to create a Facebook group to build the community she longed for. What started as a fun endeavor quickly grew beyond her expectations, attracting women from all over the area who were also seeking connection and support.
Passion for Community
Stevie's experience of feeling isolated, especially during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, fueled her passion for fostering a strong, supportive community. She understands the profound impact of having a network of women who can look out for each other, share experiences, and offer support.
Dedication to the Alliance
Now, Stevie is dedicated to providing the women of Colorado Springs with a sense of relief from isolation and a place where they can come together and thrive.
